? Establish 3 years of business strategy and target market initiatives and execute Sales growth plan. ? Understand market trends, market needs, competitors¡¯ position, QCDS (quality, cost, delivery, service), and create a Swagelok Korea value proposition to develop optimal business solutions for focused market. ? Lead market segmentation and focused market identification to drive high potential market growth in the region. ? Generate support requirements based on quantified potential market growth target and lead communication with APAC and Corporate to obtain necessary support from HQ. ? Collaborate with other teams from product perspective to support market analysis, strategy generation and sales activities. ? Develop Product Strategy with Sales team for all focused projects to support direction, insight and generate team accountability. ? Utilize and ensure the use of SAP B1 for all planning and reporting activities as part of project management framework and ensuring that all project and stakeholder information is loaded into the system and kept up to date. ? Review and Manage opportunity list regularly with the Sales and other Business units to align focused strategy to win projects. ? Generate project insights that enables product forecasting to proactively manage the fulfillment chain and customer expectations. ? Act as a focal point of contact in country to enhance collaboration with Corporate and APAC Marketing, Factory operations and other teams and so on with whoever necessarily needs to work with to develop Swagelok product business. ? Work with the MarCom to actively generate marketing plans and actionable list for all Swagelok Products, solution, and service. ? Stay up to speed with all product information so to train and update Sales, Marketing and Solution group in timely manner. ? Support Sales teams with training and presentation of Swagelok¡¯s new & focused products and features; Lead cadence meetings with Sales, Solution & FE group to obtain market and customers¡¯ feedback. ? Define go-to-market (GTM) strategy for Swagelok¡¯s new product. ? Establish product knowledge infrastructure accessible by internal associates in Korea. ? Support to optimize Swagelok Korea¡¯s pricing strategy. ? Carry out other special assignments.

Professional Experience: ? 10+ years experience in Sales or Product marketing ? Knowledge of marketing, products and services ? Experience in multi-national company with sales, technology, or product warranties Required Competencies: ? Strategic Thinking ? Analytical ? Communication ? Quality ? Teamwork & Collaboration ? Initiative ? Good in spoken and written English ? Presentation & Training Skill
