· Position	[외국계 에너지/가스기업] Lead Mechanical Engineer	· Status
[담당업무] 1. Project Development Support - Prepare preliminary documents and drawings related to Mechanical and Instrument requirement under the support by E&C and local Eng'ing company - Managing and support to prepare technical specifications and set up the documents to initialize the project (E.g site data sheet, BOD and so on) for the domain - Prepare concept and/or configuration to support project development w/wo AL global E&C and/or vendors - Prepare any other required technical information and/or documents for the project development - Make sure all related government's rule and regulation compliance - Lead to make a cost estimation for the domains upon the requirements and communication with vendors for the quotation and proposal - Project site investigation and/or survey if necessary - Support a risk assessment and/or review for the projects and to prepare execution strategy 2. Project Execution - Lead the design and technical procurement with the procurement department for the domain - Lead communication and scope management according to the contract and/or agreement - Clarification of the technical integration subjects with vendors during design and procurement stage - Organize a meeting to clarify the subjects raised during project execution - Lead the assessment of deviation and reinforce actions for AL Group technical/IMS documents with related stakeholders - Prepare RFQ, ITB and other documents for contract bids and evaluation including TBE for vendors offers - Procurement process support and progress tracking - Site execution support for the site manager - Pre-comm and commissioning support at site 3. Assistance of project management - Support in preparation of internal and external report - Prepare meeting memo and its communication - Support document preparation for all project stage - Support the contact preparation with internal and external parties - Prepare PR and make sure the payment process with finance team related to the procurement [자격요건] 1. Education Level : Bachelor (Science in Mechanical Engineering ir equivalent 2. Years of working experience : Around 15 years experience related to Plant design and/or site execution to built the plan 2.
