[담당업무] How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW? This position will report to the Senior Director of Product Management and will have the responsibility to manage the Subleem™ portfolio of solid precursors for bulk cabinet delivery of ALD/CVD precursors. The successful candidate will manage the integrated and combined success of material, canister and bulk delivery system as a single product suite to ensure synergistic and coordinated product roadmaps. In this position, the Bulk Solid Product Director will define and regularly update the molecule strategy and the technology roadmap, identify improvement needs for our offering, liaise and form strong relationships with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), and more generally identify and drive all necessary actions required for the success of the product suite. Ultimately, the leader will be responsible to achieve or exceed the market share and profitability as per the molecule strategy validated by Group. The Bulk Solid Product Director will oversee equipment development (packaging technology and product development) in coordination with other AL organizations including ALES and ALJ (Japan). Responsibilities include but are not limited to: ? Drives customer engagements associated with the Subleem product line (quals, JDAs, commercial offering, contractual terms, etc.). ? Owns commercial negotiations and pricing strategy for the product line. ? Develops and maintains the product roadmap in alignment with market needs and technological advancements. ? Collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product development and delivery. ? Monitors market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats. ? Ensures compliance with industry standards and regulations. ? Provides leadership and guidance to the product team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence. [자격요건] ? Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or related field; advanced degree preferred. ? Minimum of 10 years of experience in product management within the semiconductor or chemical industry. ? Strong knowledge of ALD/CVD processes and precursor materials. ? Proven track record of successful product development and commercialization. ? Excellent communication and leadership skills. ?
